Think the Punisher with a mad on for the obscenely wealthy. It's a scenario that's crazy cathartic, with a weird super-hero slant. It's a fun, over-the-top romp by one of the most interesting creators working in comics today. He's also directed some films, so don't be surprised if this one jumps to another medium at some point in the future, thereby insuring that Mr. Andrews will in fact become a member of the infamous one percent, no doubt hanging out with Robert Kirkman, rolling around naked on piles of money.
Highly recommended for those who are mad as hell, and can't take it any more.
