Secret Wars #8 (2015)

While there are a few questions from Secret Wars tie-ins that bleed over here into larger questions in this issue, I'll be blunt: I don't care. I loved this issue, I'm loving this series, I don't mind waiting. There are at least two 'ah...!!!!' moments in this issue. What other book are you reading that makes you twitter about with your jaw agape like a 6 year old who just discovered ice cream? (Correct answer-Vader Down) What do you need to know from this issue? The SHIELD is down in more ways than one, Thanos does not have an Infinity Gauntlet (but T'Challa does), and there weren't eight heroes on the life raft, there were nine.

I have no idea if they can actually pull this all together in the last issue. Where we stand now, this book has more great issues than any other Marvel event, and is the first one since Civil War that even has a chance to be readable start to finish.
