These one shot retelling’s of some of DC’s Biggest Events Have been great and Blackest Night does not falter. With one choice a whole universe can be doomed and in doing so that is what happens. Sinestro chooses his own power over sharing it with our heroes leaving death and desolation in its wake. How do you fix this, do you just end it all in hopes of that being the answer? The tale deepens when you realize there is a beacon of hope in the darkness a light that is necessary to reignite the world! But at what cost and is everyone left willing to make that sacrifice? You will have to check this out to find out more no spoilers.

The art was fun and story was great, but it is lower on the list of the Dark Multiverse 1-shots. A key character in this story becomes the base for this reborn world and it kind of makes me sigh in a way. It makes sense perfectly story wise but for me was a slight miss in really driving this story to be as great as the others.
